Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball 2009

On the site it says it's the most amazing party in the world.
Now how much of that is true.... I don't know.

Has anyone ever been to this party and if so I would love some feedback.

Also do you guys think this will be the best party or do you think it's better to head over to some place like XS or Pure or some other big place?

I been to one of those! Well..the best way to describe its almost like a pool party with half naked women filling up the clubs. Except since its halloween, you got all kinds of women in the club that normally don't go out to party.

Alright well i'm gonna be in vegas with my gf soo my main importance is not the women... I was thinkin more like is it a better overall party and are the shows worth the extra $$.

From the pics I've seen and the fact that I've stayed at hedonism, I wouldn't go. A few sexy and cool peeps, but ALOT of weirdos and unattractive peeps.

I'd avoid this one. The Fetish and Fantasy and Pimp N Ho parties, both usually at the Orleans Arena, actually used to be pretty cool several years ago....but have just turned into dumpy parties with weird crowds as time has gone on.

The only redeeming factor to the one that I went to in 2004 was that there was this middle-aged fat woman who's costume consisted of covering herself with real money. I'm not being mean about her weight, that's just important to the story because it took waaaayy more money to cover her (haha). As she got sweaty, the bills started coming off....and I had no problem walking around behind her collecting them, haha. Left with like $400!

Alright then it's settled you heard it from the main man himself this place is no good anymore! Now i'll have to keep a look out for when the halloween events get announced!

Anyone have any highlights from last years halloween that I shuold keep a lookout for?

Halloween in Vegas nightclubs really isn't too terribly different from a regular holiday weekend (crowdwise, lines, etc) except for everyone is obviously in costume and a lot of the clubs have cash contests that people can enter into.

A good rule of thumb is just to have fun getting into your costume and then go to a club that you would have gone to regardless. You really have to be in it to win it for the contests as a lot of the contestants are pretty serious about winning, haha.

yeaaa sadly i'm not into the whole getting into a costume thing (I usually dress up as a uncover FBI agent) but who knows maybe vegas will change my mind. Hopefully it's not a big deal to not wear a costume.

oh come to think of it, I didn't even go to the pimps n hoe party at Orleans. I just went to Tryst for their halloween party and it was still off the hook. Quality women dressed in fetish gear. Prince Leia dressed in a bikini.. it was good times. 25% of the guys don't dress up for the event, its more like the ladies dress up for the guys.

Just an FYI about the whole not wearing a costume thing... I was at the Fetish and Fantasy ball 4 or 5 years ago and they made people pay extra if they didn't have a costume on. They called it something like a looky-loo fine. According to their website, they won't even let you in without a costume now.

Not sure if any other clubs have this sort of policy. You might want to play it safe and get working on that costume!!

In regards to the ball itself, it was um...interesting. Something to check off the bucket list and leave it at that. The people watching is intense to say the least, but not always in a good way. Don't think I would go back again.

Thank god that was my biggest concern cause sad to say i'm not very creative and prolly wouldn't come up with a really shitty costume... but then again if my gf wears one i'm gonna get her to pick one for me too (she's way more creative then i am)
