Noob help with Moon on 8/20

Hi! I am visiting Vegas from the UK with a group of 12 (male and female) friends in a few weeks, and need a little help.

Im 36, my friends are 40+ but all are ready to cut loose and have some fun! We are having one "big" night out and going to a few bars, ending up at Ghost and then Moon. None of us are particularly "hardcore", and I am the only single guy. It would be great to do bottle service, but since no one is a massive drinker, we don't really need any more than 2 bottles. I am in email communication with Pasquale, the contact there, and he has agreed to 2 bottles, but wanted some advice. Are we likely to get a deal for 2 bottles? Does anyone have a menu, or a price for Smirnoff Vodka? What are the extras/tips likely to be? We're not used to this kind of set up in London Do you get unlimited mixers with bottles? I don't really know exactly what to expect and don't want to look like complete tourists...or cause offence to anyone and we won't want to spend SERIOUS amounts of money.

Smirnoff is $425/bottle and you get 3 red bulls and 1 large Fiji water with each bottle. Additionally, mixers like tonic, oj, soda, are unlimited. Your total cost will look like this...

Bottles = $850
Tax = $70
Server Auot-gratuity = $170
Total = $1090

Optional tips
Host = $100-200
Runner = $20-40
Security = $20-40

For Moon on a Tuesday you should definitely be able to get a B1G1 or B2G1. The only issue is the size of your group. I would suggest putting the ladies on Guestlist, they will get in free, then having them join your table once inside.

Damn! I didn't get any notifications this had been replied to, so I'm sorry for not responding! Must be stuck in Spam somewhere!

Anyway, thanks for your guidance, I have already got the all-clear on the group size and number of bottles from the venue - but great tip if we DO get stuck. I don't really know the set up, but can you walk straight from Ghost into Moon? If we get bottles in Ghost...can we take them through to the Moon when we move on? If we do get 2 bottles, will they all get served at the same time, or might we be able to do one in each venue?

In terms of the mixers that are unlimited, there might be a couple of people who aren't drinking too much...will it cause a problem if these go quicker than a server might expect!?

Ghost and Moon are in two separate towers of the Palms, two totally different clubs. Playboy was connected to Moon but not sure what's going on with that venue now.
