yeah but the only issue is has to be all cash....condo financing is very hard to get right now in general and in Vegas is off limits because these places are filled with condo whereby people paid between 450K-750K 3 years ago and now theyre selling for 150K today and tomorrow for 140k etc and banks just arent willing to take on the liability.

Yup I completely agree with that statement. Properties are going crazy for all cash offers right now out here as well. Its tough to even be considered with a 20% down right now.

Is buying a condo there really lucrative.
With the fees they charge each month I think if you're lucky you can break even but most of the time you won't be able to do that.

And for the price of the Unit and the monthly fees you can stay many nights at any hotel you want in Vegas.

Day One (going to day Two) - JC Tryst Party, Dnix's tumble and GF working the poles

After stepping foot into this plush Signatures room, there was no other option but to just crash onto the soft comfy bed and just sleep a couple of hours. Except couple of hours turned into more like 5 hours. We woke up at about 10pm, and I was like OOPS, the line at Tabu is going to be crazy. I called concierge and basically they gave me the telephone middle finger. They said I will need bottle service to even have a shot at entering Tabu, which could be BS.

But we decided to try our luck anyway. We proceeded to get ready. I took about 30 mins, and GF took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. At 12, we were both ready to step out of the door and I got a call back from Dnix

D: "Hey man, what are you guys up to?"
R: "nothing much...just going to try our luck at the Tabu..."
D: "Dude.. Tabu sucks, come down to Tryst, I can get you in!"
R: "Be right there!!" *click*

D didn't have to sell me on coming to Tryst. Its Tryst, its LDW and he can get us in. Thats all I needed to hear! I just went straight to the valet and asked them to bring me my chariots of fire.. cause we are heading to the Wynn.

Getting to the Wynn at a midnight can be hectic. Who would've thought that at 12:45 at night, there would be a traffic jam that goes for 4 blocks on the strip. Damn that city center construction!! (its going to be worth it though when its all done..) I quickly diverted back to the side streets to up to the Wynn. We quickly parked in the first available spot in the garage and I gave Dnix a call,

R: "Hey buddy.. we are here!"
D: "Just meet me out front!"

We marched up to Tryst quickly since we didn't want to keep him waiting. For the first time we actually got into a club confidently knowing we are going to get in without being hassled around. Thats a good feeling to have.

I got up to the Tryst line, and it was running a good 40-50 people deep. Normally weekend lines run up to 200 people deep, so I m guessing most of the people are already in. At the corner of my eye I see guy wear a stylish red t-shirt and jeans. I knew it had to be Dnix since he was the only guy in the crowd wearing a T-shirt, and I m sure Tryst won't give him sh*t for wearing one because D is just cool like that.

I greeted Dnix with my standard fist bump, and introduced him to my gf. At the sametime KC was waiting in line for D as well. I also gave KC a fist bump as well and at that time I thought he was Cisco until he told me he was from Kansas City. In the back of my mind I was completely surprised that he was not a white guy haha Oh well, thats what he gets for not putting up a profile pic.

D got a hold of Patrick Frank. He came out to the line and shook each one of our hands. We told him that we heard about him on JC's website. He told us that we can contact him whenever we need anything in Vegas. I liked the guy's swagger and he was real cool. I will def. contact Patrick Frank from now on. He wrote us up our comp'd admissions paper and we had to clear check point #1 (id check). I looked back at KC and told him, "Dude.. this piece of paper I m holding is worth $500"

At check point #2, I handed the gal the paper and said it was for all 3 of us. She quickly pointed us to the guy that was giving the stamps out. Then on to the stairs for check point #3 where the music started to get bumping. The security checked our $500 stamps and let us keep strolling.

Reality finally set in when we saw the plush red carpet inside Tryst. We were safe and sound, and in Tryst on LDW. "Hell f*cking yea, lets party!" I followed D through a crowd, and it seemed like he knew everyone at that place. We crashed through the dance floor following him and he fist bumped almost every one there. Then he hugged a couple of ladies by the stripper poles, and sure enough the JC table was right at the stripper pole. GF gave me the look that this is as good as it can get.

KC bought us all drinks, and we quickly killed it. By the time we got there D and his crew already killed 2 goose bottles. He asked if we wanted to go in on a 3rd one. I was like hell yea, its LDW.. I m willing to do whatever to contribute to the cause. I emptied my wallet of all my cash to Dnix, and KC did the same. Couple minutes later a girl in a lingerie halter top rolled out another goose for the slaying.

I made myself a drink, but it was more for the GF. Since I m driving I m sticking hard to the 1 drink limit. Soon enough I saw a row of girls, I m thinking maybe 3-4 girls coming over to us with a guy that looked like LL Cool J. He was like "Royale ... whats up buddy!!" I was like "Nassau.. its really you man.. what up!" We gave each other fist bumps and half hugs. Behind the row of ladies came NC " Whats going on Royale.." I was like... "you must be..." "NC man.. John!"" Nice to meet you man!" NC I can clearly tell he was tossed. He had a red cheeks and he was stumbling around. But it was definitely a sign of good times at the JC table.

GF got a drink and was wondering wtf nobody is using that empty pole. There were a bunch of ladies pushing each other , but none of them wanted to get on. I told her.. "hey its your chance." She got up on the pole in a hurry and started work to the song of " back dat azz up". Very appropriate song to start off the dance. A group of guys surrounded the stripper pole area as she put on show and I continued to socialize with the JC crew. Knowing the gf has mma training, shes more then capable of handling herself lol

I was talking to Nassau and KC..and at the corner of my eye I saw cups flying and ice all over the place. I was like WTF.. Dnix is laying flat on his back. I rush over there and help him get up. I was like, "did you slip man?" dnix, "no.. just fell"
I thought he was serious, so I let him go do his thing. A couple mins later I saw him stumbling around the couch. I handed him a fiji and told him he needed to hydrate. Then I asked if he needed a ride back to the hotel, and he said "no need.. its all taken care of." I m not too sure what exactly that meant. I continue to socialize with Nassau, KC and NC..and we were having a good ol time. About 30 mins later D was no where to be found.

The big bouncer guy walks over to us and tells me, "I put your boy in a cab and he is taken care of..." I m like "thanks bro.. I really appreciate it" The next day we found out that Dnix had to be wheel chaired back to his room!!

The rest of us continued to party. I saw KC with 6 latina girls at one point. He asked me to snap a few pics which I did with the girls camera. I wish I gotten a shot of him with my own camera. KC you are like the Enrique Igelsias for the ladies haha

Nassau and I were talking about the forums a bit on the couch and I could tell hes had a long day. He was drinking Fiji and shutting it down. You can really tell whos throwing in the towel once the Fiji comes out. Thats a rule to live by. At about 3:30 the club was dying down, but there were still enough people there to fill up Tryst at a normal capacity during a week day. We had our fun and thought it was a good idea to take off. I said bye to everyone at the table. KC was no where to be found.. I m assuming he took off with the girls.. who knows. But it was one crazy LDW night with the boys of JC. I can proudly say , "We tore that sh*t up!"
