Back from a ridiculous LDW in Vegas with some great friends - will put up a TR in due time.

It's 6 AM, at work, just sat down, and Post-Vegas Syndrome is already starting to set in. In Vegas, sleep is unnecessary, we can drink the entire time, day and night, and do everything unhealthy and bad without consequence... as soon as that plane hits down back home, though, it all comes crashing down. My throat hurts, I'm physically exhausted, confused, still trying to shower the Vegas off of me.

Generally takes me a week to recover. Last time we returned I had the shakes for 3 or 4 days, I was like, WTF.....DT's???

As far as recovery, for the younger ones (like myself) you should be fine within the first day or two. The only reason I'm hurting is because of the long drive back! If I would have flown back then I'd be cool right now!

Ugh, yeah, I'm pissed I missed the JC meet-up. On the plus side, I did get to see BYU beat Oklahoma.

It's Wed and I'm still kinda exhausted. I flew back, got sleep, and drank water, but I'm still feeling blah. Maybe it's just me wanting to go back to a place with tons of heat, no responsibility, $1 bottles and drafts of beer, endless money-making (and money-losing) opportunities every step, women wearing the combined clothing of one dress, all that good stuff.

Oh yea tell me about it! I think I forgot how to type at my office keyboard... I need to just sleep and eat for like 3 days straight. The gym is definitely the last place on my mind

Haha, I totally wish I could do that. I have to party it up in Philly this weekend (leaving on Friday), so there's no recovery.

I'd hit the gym, but I don't have my gym shoes. I left them in the hotel room and my friends decided to split them up, so now my left shoe is in SF and my right shoe is in Berkeley.

Thats true I m definitely going to be there... partying with the JC crowd is sick. You have your regular Vegas that you already know..then the Vegas w/ JC which is like off the hook. Just gotta watch your drinks though. I finally hit the wall on my 2nd day with the JC boys lol

Dont even sweat it. We all completely failed on the meet-up. I think Cisco and KCvegas are the only ones who showed.
