Cant be right! If the 1 BR's are going for $130,000 i've got a lot to think about lol

Not the same site and dont know how out of date but here's 1 with general prices.

That info is 4-5 years old, suppose when they were new as they havn't been there long have they?

yes theyre condos, banks will not finance condos especially if its not your primary residence, you have to pay all cash for these. but the main problem is today someone pays 150K tomorrow one is repossesed and sold for 135K and youve instantly lost 15k equity overnight, so you hvae to buy at the bottom, which will be at 85K....across the parkway is the platinum condos, full views of strip fully furnished going for 90K

Hey all, I've been lurking on the forums for a little while now, and have gotten some great info (and some entertainment too). I'm in Vegas several times a year, thanks to family in the city. Last week I was in town for Thanksgiving, and checked out some of the sales listings at the Signature, looked at some of the units, and talked to the hotel program staff. Looking at this thread, it looks like people have been happy with their hotel stays, but are there any owners on the board? Or anyone who knows any owners? I'm trying to talk to some people with units in the MGM program, check out their experiences.

I also think they've got a little room to fall, though not as low as The Platinum, which I also checked out. Speaking of which, has anyone stayed there? How was it?
