  • Just want to have fun!

I need some advice- but first a story-
We visit Las Vegas about once a year (wish it was more) and it seems like everytime we go the whole club thing is just a hassle. It is sooo disappointing because clubbing is the biggest draw for me and I every time I just end up, well , disappointed.
It is usually 3 couples that go.(3 guys, 3 girls) We are all in our 20's. We all tip well, dress well, and know how to act. I know that I am attractive. (some would say extremely), and I think that is supposed to help, but it seems like if I am hanging out with my husband we stand in a line. I know that clubs prefer women, I get that. However, it still sucks. I don't want to part from my husband to get in quick because then he and the guys are stuck in line.
So, no more. I am having a GREAT time this year no matter what. That being said- should we all chip in for a table and bottle service or just "tip" our way in? Are there any places with good music and a crowd that we won't waste half the night just trying to get into? (last year we stumbled upon Triq, which is now closed I guess, and we loved it) We are visiting August 8-11th and we are staying at Ceasars.

    Thanks for reading my book!

Your group is a perfect size and perfect ratio for bottle service at any club. Unless you are already connected somehow, even people with a table reservation can have difficulty getting into a venue. One alternative to remedy this problem is by using an independent VIP hosting service, such as ours or another, who can set up your reservation and walk you and your group into the club to ensure that everything goes smoothly for you. Although there is an added fee, there is also security in knowing that you won't have any problems getting your table or getting in.

well caitlin, this thread is useless with pics of yourself....just kiddin.
for 6 people and wanting bottle service it mght be worth your while.
Lets say 450 per bottle plus 20% tip will run you 1000.00
Divide that by 6 people and its 166.00 each.
When you are at a bar you prob drink say 100.00 per person, maybe more.
If you try to tip your way in plus cover charge before drinks your looking at around 50.00 per person.

So its a close call. Another option is to goto vegas.com and buy front of line passes. They are prob. the only "official pass" besides hotel comps that would get you in. They also have some places that have all you can drink:
VooDoo Open Bar package: $60, per night (Sunday - Wednesday), $100, per night, (Thursday - Saturday). Includes front-of-the-line admission and open bar at VooDoo. Starts at 9:30 p.m. NO shots. Table NOT included - bar only. The open bar at Voodoo includes domestic and imported beer, wine, basic liquors (SKYY vodka, Cruzan rum, Salsa tequila, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal whiskey, bourbon and Christian Brothers), bottled water, soda and juice. Includes Red Bull. Start time is 10 p.m.

check the site out for other deals

For example I'm coming in from NY (AUG 7th thru 10)
I booked with Patrick Frank @ Tryst for Friday (3 people 1 bottle) For Thursday, I am staying at Palms Place so they give out comps for Ghost/Moon/Rain/Playboy....that is good for the weekend. The only place I'll have to try to get creative in getting in is Audinger ( at Treasure Island)or LAX (At Luxor)

        caitlin,
I would def suggest the bottle, like joem broke it down it actually saves money and more importantly time which is money. anyway I know for a fact that if you book a table at tryst with patrick on this site you will be taken care of, I make it a point to hit up tryst everytime out there and we dont wait 30 seconds online. good luck and have fun.

Thanks to everyone for your advice!

Another question- has anyone been to Poetry? We are thinking about that since we are at Ceasars anyway...
