Getting laid: Getting lucky with the gals, escorts or strippers

Just wondering what the general consensus say about getting laid in Vegas? Do most people in Vegas get "lucky" by random women cause it's "Sin City" or do people usually prefer Escorts? Or do Strippers put out? We will be traveling in June, Sun-Thurs and one of my friends plans on getting an escort through Backpage ads. Any advice?

If you have to pay for it, stay away from backpage. At least make it worth it. Too many horror stories when you deal with backpage.

The percentage of women going to vegas to cut loose, have some fun, and hook up with random folks is likely not too terribly far off from the percentage of guys. Read some of the trip reports and they are littered with "back to the hotel" situations. It's how vegas works.

If you're a reasonably good looking guy, in decent shape, who isn't wearing wal mart jeans and ratty T shirt you're probably off to a good start. Just put a little effort into your apprearance, project some confidence and talk to some women that are within your range (If you're a 5 don't bother going after dimes)... be realistic and a fun guy and you stand a good chance of landing some fun without having to pay for it.

I've never (nor will I) get an escort or hooker but if you do it, you'd likely be MUCH better off picking one up from your (or any) hotel lobby rather than using those ads. At least then you know what you're getting and you've got a chance to talk through it a bit. Whatever you do make sure your valuables are secured as most of them will gladly walk off with wallet/phone/laptop/etc the second you're not looking... again, read the trip reports.

+1 just be confident, respectful and not a creep or a douche. If you really want to get laid that bad I'd make it a last resort to pay for it.
