I didnt know they had duty free at the borders. Ive only used it at the airport, and they deliver it to you on the plane.

Trust me you guys in the states are so lucky I can only afford goose once every 2-3 weeks (espically with my drinking habits). But all we can get for $25 is smironff or sky.

I also try to stock up at border and sneak over as many bottles cause it just saves me so much cash......even if i get caught all i gotta do is pay the taxes on it which I would've done anyway if I bought it at the liquor store!

Exchange rate as of today is .9104 CAD/USD.... not quite 2x :P

It's even more expensive in germany.
We have to pay around 55 US$ for a 750ml bottle of Grey Goose.
That's why I always buy them on the airport (duty free) or let someone buy them for me when they are flying.

I was actually surprised that GG was so cheap at Gold Coast (I think we paid 27$ for Belvedere and GG was 28$)
