What do you eat when you are drunk?!?

My friend and colleague Xania Woodman is working on a piece for our annual Las Vegas Weekly Nightlife Issue called a "drunk cookbook," and she is wanting to know what people go home and whip up when they are sauced!

So, take out food being a given and not included in the cookbook, what do YOU eat?

i like to have soup.. i make soup once a week, and always have it as standby. i find it very comforting on my tummy after drinking.

Shit, I cook all the time. If I bring back friends from a night of training, I cook meals for them.

I'll throw up some baked nachos, Japanese food such as okonomiyaki (like a Japanese style pizza), omelettes, sandwiches, etc. I don't try to make anything that takes longer than 1/2 hour.

The easiest is if you have wraps and just make straight up quesadillas.

You can also use various ingredients for things such as fun dips.

Some of the girls may eat the food and may not

Soup? Really? If i put anymore liquid into my stomach after a night of drinking ill throw it up everywhere.

It may be boring but my go to drunk food is pizza.... and frozen waffles.

Step 2. Buy frozen pizzas
Step 3. Insert frozen pizza into suite microwave after a night of getting tossed

Most guys aren't natural cooks in the first place...forget about it when you are f'd up.

In that case, when i get drunk i head to the nearest 5 star restaurant and make flambe bananas fosters tableside

I came home from my 25th birthday party at a local club very intoxicated and cooked chicken strips, shake and bake chicken, and curly fries. It was the best meal i have ever eaten.
And it worked as a preemptive strike to my inevitable hangover... WIN WIN.

While in Vegas, picked up some saltines... did the job at soaking up some alcohol, I think (didn't get any hangovers!)
