  • What's this new club at the Hardrock all about?

I guess there's a new club opening up at the new tower at the Hardrock.

Anybody have any details on it? It's supposed to open on New Years.

according to that article, there is a new nightclub coming to the new tower but the details are top secret. it does say that BE is closing after new year's and will re-open in April, but it might not even be a nightclub anymore. very interesting indeed.

I asked Justen about it but he said he didn't even know what the name was yet.

Thanks for the link! Maybe this is what they need to compete with the Tier 1 clubs again. I have been going to Body English since they were called Babys and its not like what it used to be.

While I applaud HRH for trying to keep things fresh, I kind of question their idea of closing & then reopening BE as something other than a club. BE's got a great reputation among the Vegas club scene, so why destroy that? I guess they're banking on this new club being something that can compete among the XS/Tryst/Tao groupings if they're willing to implode BE...

I was reading up on their New tower, apparently the rooms aren't that impressive.

                What We Didn't Like
The terrible service, the construction still going on at the Paradise Tower, the music from the pool area, the dirty soap, the $7.00 resort fee and the jacked-up prices of lattes at the Starbucks.
I m glad I m not the only one that thinks you get sh1tty service at the Hard Rock

Wow, no sound-proofing of the rooms in the direction of the pool area? That's unacceptable - I'd hate to be trying to sleep in after a late night and then get awoken at 10AM by the music at the pool.

haha honestly I don't think the noise from the pool is going to be your only concern.. the patrons in the adjacent rooms are probably going to be louder throughout the night then the pool. Last time I was grabbing a drink from a friends room.. I saw these frat boys punch out one of the exit signs and then kicking it all the way down the hall way. Some people opened their doors to see WTF was goin on.. there was no security anywhere to be seen.

Oh, man, I can tell you some stories of things we've done to Hard Rock rooms. haha. I once had a hotel room party with over 100 people crammed into a single room. Then there was the time someone broke in when I was away and threw everything not nailed down off the 11th story balcony. I looked down and my sheets were floating in the pool. My personal favorite was when someone accidentally busted the glass in a picture frame, so I busted the glass out of ALL the frames so they'd match...and then hid all the glass under the mattress! They didn't figure it out! haha

Oh man! That pretty much brings a new definition of trashing the rooms like a rockstar. I was all shocked when I saw people jumping from balcony to balcony like spiderman.. it was on one of the higher up floor as well. I guess thats just another day of partying at the Hard Rock.

F*cking frat boys are just as bad as juiced up douche-bags. The big common element between the two are they act tough in groups, but are p*ssies on their own.

I wouldnt throw them all into that group. I was a fraternity guy in college and i still keep in touch with a lot of my brothers. Speaking of which, all the guys im going out with for the bachelor party are fraternity brothers, and were not all about fighting people. We just like to drink and have a good time just like everyone else.

I dont know.. some of them actually don't care about their life much Would any sane person just randomly jump from balcony to balcony without fear of falling 10 stories?
