Tipping at Rehab Pool Party

So, quick question....i reserved a cabana at the Rehab pool party through the person mention on this site, Key Olasupo. He has been great, responding to my emails quickly, answering all questions, even calling me a few times and saying everything is good to go and what not. Since I told him I will be there for my birthday, he said he is gonna try and hook me up with a pretty good spot, even though he said we only have to spend $3000 minimum. I was wondering what would be considered a good tip for him, since he has actually put the effort into contacting me quickly, and trying to get me a decent spot. As for the waitress, would 20% of our bill be a good tip for her? We have 10 ppl in the party. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

$300-$600 for Key IMO. I usually tip 20%-%50 to the waitress, but with a $3000 bill, Id give 15%-20%, depending on service.

+1 id throw Key at least what dnix said prob in the ball park of $500 since hes been very helpful to you and its only $50/guy and 15-20 depending on service

OK sweet...yah we were thinking around 400-450 for Key, and as for the waitress....i guess we'll wait and see what the service is like...but we usually tip 20% regardless. Thanks for the help guys, appreciate it.
