Are there are good bars/lounges that have happy hours? I know that the West Wing Bar at MGM Grand has buy 1, get 1 free drinks from 5-8pm every night.

There are bars that have happy hour, most of them might be off the strip a little and I know that diablos cantina does something at monte carlo, and carnival bar, margaritaville but most people will be at the pools still around these times at this time of year. but check out spyonvegas.com they run prommotional open bars for each nighyt of the week for happy hours with different sponsors might be something to look intoit's that time again, let's get #28 gentleman....for the boss -
