The journey begins ..... now

Just thought that I'll start this thread and will update it as often as possible.

I'm sitting in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt. Drinking Champagne, Patron and other stuff to get me in the mood for my US-Journey.

I got the flight comped by the miles my father earned from always flying with Lufthansa (Thank you dad), because otherwise I wouldn't be able to attend a 15.000 $ flight.

It's just perfect here. Everything you can imagine to drink (like for example 86 Single Malt Whiskeys, Patron, Champagne, Cocktails etc. etc.)

I will touch down in LA at 5PM and finally arrive in Vegas next thursday.

Let the Party begin.

Hey guys,

I just arrived in LA and am now sitting in the hotel room.
The flight was just amazing. we started an hour late and about 30 minutes in the flight the PA said to me "Mr. Schwiertz, you already had 1 bottle of Champagne, are you sure you want to keep on drinking?"

And I just said: "Yeah I'm fine :-D"

So tomorrow we'll just cruise around LA, visit Hollywood etc, and than drive the route 1 up to San Francisco.

And after reading so much about it here on the forums I can't wait to eat the first In and Out Burger.
