Best place to watch UFC 101 on 8/8

Hitting vegas this weekend 8/7-8/10. We bought wristbands for the Palms on Friday and want to watch UFC on Saturday before hitting another club either dance/strip or both. Does anyone know a good place on the strip to watch UFC? I assume the sportsbook isn't the greatest venue to watch something like this assuming they even show it.

there was something postes here ill see if I can find it for you, that said that only mandalay bay has the rights to show it so you might be stuck haveing to watch it there and I think one other mgmmirage hotel might show it.

From what I can see on UFC's site, either Blondie's or the Monte Carlo [probably mean the Brew Pub] will have UFC viewings. The info on this site concerning previous viewings - particularly UFC 100 last month - wouldn't apply. However, I'd imagine some casinos like Mandalay or MGM that regularly host UFC events will have showings too, but may not announce them until later [like Friday].
