ID Question

I'm coming down from Canada and I'm wondering if my drivers license will be good enough id to get into clubs. I thought I heard from someone that if it isn't a US id they make you use a passport. I would hope not as bringing my passport to a club is not what I want to do.

I have friends that come in to Vegas from Canada, Australia, and the UK and have never had to use their passport, just their normal ID has always worked.

I know people that went to vegas from canada and when they went out they used their driver id with no problem at all.
