I am going to Vegas this September 15-17th for my 21st birthday. I will be 21 on Sunday, September 16th but we're arriving in Vegas at 1:00 PM on Saturday the 15th. Going to Sugar Factory and The Bank on Saturday, and the Relax Mondays pool party on Monday...
