Foundation Room still open Mondays to public?

I used to see this on many sites, but not so much anymore.
If they are, what is the cover, and what time do they open the doors?

It's open to the public only on Monday and Wednesday nights, from 11pm till dawn. For Wednesday night access, reservations must be made in advance, (702) 632-7631. Enjoy!
