Restaurant for Bachelor Party | 6/26

Hello all,

We're heading out to Vegas next week for a bachelor party and are looking for a restaurant to start the weekend out on Thursday night. Ideally, we'd like something slightly more upscale with a younger vibe (not too stuffy). Nothing terribly expensive, perhaps between $50-$65/person (entree, drink(s) and tip). Any suggestions?

We're staying at Elara (formerly PH Towers) and would prefer to stay on the Strip (although open to Palms/Hard Rock - but nothing further than those). All of us have been to Vegas before; however, I'm more familiar with the nightlife scene than dining.

N9NE Steakhouse at the palms has a great vibe and food.
TAO would be good, then you could get stamped and hit the club after.
STK would be a good bet also.
I really liked Mon Ami Gabi with a patio table. The food was killer and damn cheap.
Our bill was like $350 for 6 people after tax/tip.
