Planet Hollywood Boulevard Suites

Anyone know why they're so expensive compared so suites at other higher end hotels? I was looking to stay 3 nights (Fri-Mon) in October and PH wanted ~$2700 w/ tax. Even Bellagio's Penthouse suite was only about ~$1900 for the same nights.

Any ideas?

boulevard suite is 2br with a pool table, dining room, ect. I THINK

what comes with Bellagio's?

i think they come in both 1 & 2 bedrooms.

IMO dont do the suite thing, ive posted about it before based on experience and I really think your money would be better spent elsewhere. once you get the suite you want to spend alot of time in it and miss out on other shit and you end up dropping alot of dough and look back on it like that wasnt really worth it

I figure with a Gentlemans and Adult discussion forum thread I mine as well ask? Has anyone been here? I am going to check it out this weekend armed with a pump bottle of... The prices I mentioned are for the 1 bedroom option meaning suite + attached room. Both have the option off adding the second bedroom.

So yeah what gives? I know PH is all new and remodeled but it didn't expect it to be so much more then Bellagio and even Venetian.

supply/demand.. alot of the younger crowd (especially bachelor parties) are wanting to book at PH.. and your reservation is for a weekend.

I agree that money can be spent elsewhere...

You can get penthouse 2br suites at the signature for decent prices on VRBO (you have to call the hotel as they don't list the 2br prices on their site)

4 times without a hitch...I know its not the same as staying at PH, just throwing it out there, the suites are very nice (I also like that its easy to get a cab there b/c the hotel is spread out among 3 towers) but it is somewhat off strip

Depending on what you are looking for, doesn't the palms have decent deals on suites too? I think the bellagio one sounds nice...
