I'm going to go with the border grill as well.

When I was there for my 21st, I tried many, many drinks. So I am a somewhat credible source.

Rhumbar at the Mirage has good ones, but the other drinks on the menu were better (Personal recommendation: the Old Cuban.)

I can't imagine any place making a mojito that's any good during happy hour. They're such a pain in the ass to make, they're bound to cut corners.
The only winning move is not to play.

that is true. mojito is more of a proper cocktail, versus just "mixed drinks", like rum and coke, or vodka cranberry.

The last time I had one was at the cheese cake factory in Anaheim. I really don't know what a good one is suppose to taste like yet.. I guess you aren't suppose to eat the leaves that come with it?

They're always pretty good to me lol.
Hey, as for eating the leaves... if you like mint, I don't see why not!
