Who and When to Tip for Bottle Service?

I'm doing bottle service this thursday at Jet/Tao and was wondering a couple things.

-Who do I tip? (VIP host/Waitress/Bouncer)
-How much?
-When? (Beginning of night or end of night)

my first question is youre doing table service at both places? I tip the host that sets me up with the table and walks me to it $50 a head (depending on how many people), right before he takes me to my table, I always take care of the nearest bouncer $50 total right away and then the waitress gets 20% (at the end of the night) sometimes its included in the bill and sometimes not just keep an eye out.

No we are just doing one of the two. Haven't decided on which one yet.

$50 a head, wow..i didn't realize it'd be that much for the host. i was thinking $60-100 total for the host. maybe i'm just cheap

well if its 2 people ill throw $100 four or 5 of us id do $200, then go from there...for nine dudes id prob do like $250-300, then again ive worked in the industry when I was younger so i tend to put an emphasis on it
