Palms Fanstasy Suites - worth it?

Hey all... i'm heading down to Vegas from Sydney (Aus) with 6 other buddies in August, we're going to be staying at Palms, have been given some suites, but was reading about the fanstasy suites (themed party suites)...

Does anyone have experience of these?

Are they worth the 2-5k per night cost?

We're in LV to have the weekend of our lives, so wanna make sure its perfect... I SMELL AN IN ROOM PARTY!

would love to hear the experts/experienced advice from you guys

hey mate.
i think the money would be better spent booking a table on sat night at XS with a few bottles of Vodka. You dont come to vegas to stay in your room. Make sure you have plenty to drink in your room to bring girls back later.

thanks, think you're totally right mate. is it pretty easy to get parties organised back at the suite, are girls up for that?

maybe take the DJ too

yeah I agree with the surferdude Ive done the suite thing, its fun but you end up spending way too much time in the room, so i dont think its worth it spend the money gambling/drinking and partying youll enjoy it more

I wouldnt get one, unless I was planning on throwing a huge party (DJ, bartender, ect.)

you can always get a nice suite but not the $2-5k per night and use the rest of the money to ball out of control. take a look at the palms place 2 bedroom suite. that may work for you guys..

i cant remember exactly but I looked into them and they were VERY reasonable when I looked at them

WTH is very reasonable???? $500 per night? Says capacity is 40 peeps

yeah I know. I wonder how many it sleeps. It says there 2 story.

yeah theyre 2 story the look awesomeI think it sleeps 4, theres only 4 of them total I think....you can see them from the pool, theyre the ones that have sliding doors that go right out to the pool area.....when you walk into the pool they are located in the far right corner

The Bungalows are pimp. When you have a Bungalow, you rule the Palms pool scene.

Most standard Vegas rooms will suit your needs perfectly. Why waste all that money on a room you can't even really enjoy (unless of course you're throwing a huge party, but why do that at your suite when you can do it at a club?).

Spend the money at the clubs. I think it's a better value.
