Ditch at Palms vs. Moorea Beach

Going with my fiance in two weeks, staying at THE Hotel. Trying to decide whether to get a day bed at Moorea Beach on that Thursday, or go to Ditch at Palms on Friday. From what I have read, I don't think I want to drop 1K on a cabana at Ditch, so if we went we would just chill and try to find a regular deck chair. Anybody know what Moorea Beach would be like on a Thursday? Anybody been to Ditch? Thoughts either way? We want to have some drinks and get a little crazy, and potentially meet some people to share a table with Friday night.

1k food and beverage minimum is what someone told me...it seemed really high. I couldn't find any prices on the Palms website for anything having to do with the pool/Ditch/cabanas.

I was thinking cabana on a ditch friday for 1K is on the cheap end I think its def more expensive than that

its a great time but for 2 of you, you can have a great time at moorea beach, or you have wet republic and Bare which might be easier for you guys to get in, you should def look into them too.

You can get a small daybed at Wet Republic on Friday for $250 f/b min. That's probably perfect for two of you and pretty cost effective.

If you're looking for wild party Ditch is the best option though.
