I run HITT 5 days a week (jog 2 mins, run 1 minute) for 30 minutes, and that's the bare basics. I haven't had a routine in awhile but I really want to start.

everyday mix up the breakfasts, do a hard boiled egg 2wice a week and 4 days a week have 2 low fat whole grain eggo waffles without syrup....the whole grain kick starts your metabolism and drink 1 gallon of water a day eat lots of fruits and veggies for snacks and alot of protein chicken and tuna and the weight will literally melt off with some exercise thrown in the mix.....anytime youre going to eat breads make sure it is whole wheat or whole grain very very importantit's that time again, let's get #28 gentleman....for the boss

also as important, or more, eat bread that is free of corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syrup. that ish is bad for you and many people believe it will make you gain weight.
all my bread is bakery-fresh and whole wheat
