Some friends and I will be getting tables at various Vegas clubs during the weekend of July 23-26. We want to go all out but not be foolish with our money. Other than satisfying the min bottle requirement to have a table at a club, it seems more economical to order beers or single drinks (each drink from a $400 750ml bottle costs about $30 while a beer or mixed drink costs $6-$15...at least from the bar). Would a top club let me order single drinks? If so, would our host take such orders or would I need to go to the bar, perhaps on the DL? Any suggestions as to how to economize a table service bill would be appreciated.

How many friends are going? Also, the clubs will never allow bottle service without ordering bottles. The minimum and rule of thumb from experience is that you have to order a bottle of choice per 3 people. You will be better off just tipping the host at the door to get the group in early if you don't want to wait and just hit the bar for beers. The top clubs are still extremely busy so I doubt that this would happen. Just split the tab if you have a large amount going, shouldn't be that bad if you did.Originally posted by extragolden View PostSome friends and I will be getting tables at various Vegas clubs during the weekend of July 23-26. You have order the amount of bottles you've committed to, but you can order single drinks. I always order buckets of beer to the table. Or if I join someones table at the club, I start my own tab with their waitress, and order whatever I want.Blackout Artist

Ah icic sorry didn't know if that was what you were asking ... beer is a great chaser for a double shot of grey, good idea!Originally posted by extragolden View PostThanks fellas. Sounds like we can order beers or single drinks for our table as long as we satisfy the bottle min. We will have six guys, so I understand we'll need to buy two bottles. Dnix, I think I'll take your advice and order a bucket of beer for the table.

I found that when I asked about ordering singles at various clubs, most waitresses seem to frown upon this...Originally posted by dnix View PostYou have order the amount of bottles you've committed to, but you can order single drinks.
