General question about Vegas nightclubs...

Hi, new here, just registered like...10 minutes ago.

Anyway, I'm going to be in Vegas on a business trip for 2 weeks. I'm staying at Caesar's Foreman (?) towers. I think I got that right. Anyway, we're gonna have about a week of downtime before things heat up a bit and my question to you guys is if the clubs at Vegas are selective at who they let in. Specifically, older females? It's just something I've been asking myself repeatedly and I haven't been able to get a firm answer yet.

BTW...I realize this isn't the best question in the world, but I'm a Vegas newbie. Be gentle.

girls/women have a huge advantage over guys. Guys need to have money or be at least willing to spend their moneey to have the same advantages as women. As long as your decent looking and dressed up nice, you will be more then fine.

Yeah, what age range are we talking about? I mean, it's not so much if they'll let you in, as it is if you'll have fun in that environment, or if there's a specific place that might be more fun.

I'm a 26 year male, and the co-workers who want to go clubbing with me are females in their 40s. I guess I should have mentioned that. They've mentioned Pure and Tryst. I'd like to go to XS.

It looks like they want to do the Fri-Sun scene.

Its something I had to ask b/c from the pics I've seen, its mostly women in their early to late 20s and I'm like "wow, do they allow any women over 35?"

Yeah I wouldnt worry too much. Like I said, if they are dressed up and decent looking, you will be more than fine.

Yeah, definitely dude, they should be fine. The thing is that they aren't going to out and out block someone for age, because they could get hit with a pretty solid age discrimination suit, so..

Anyway, like has been said, just make sure they're dressed nicely and you'll be good.

Just contact the host of whatever club you want to go to, let him know your one dude with all females, ask to be put on the guest list. You will have it made. I would not worry one bit at all . If you don't want to make phone calls just get in line by 10:15pm

Dont diss the airport, lol. The last time i was in Vegas my buddy was such a cooler at the tables that everything he touched turned to shit. On the way out he was so desperate that he was playing slots in the airport and won $80. He was so happy you thought he won the lottery. I guess he forgot he was down $3000.

I have been to pretty much all the major clubs on the strip and while older people aren't the majority, I have seen enough of them in practically every club.. everyone is just there to have a good time and young or old, regardless of age... I see 50 year olds couples getting down right beside 20 year olds and its just a happy vibe in general.. Hey, if you're 40 getting dressed up and coming out clubbing, more power to you.. I find that there is so little attitude in clubs in vegas compared to other cities Ive been to.. I think the reason is that everyone is just so happy to be there, theres no reason to be in a bad mood or have attitude.. lol

haha I just remembered the scene in Knocked Up when they try to get into the club and the bouncer was like, "your old as hell and you pregnant, why you trying to get into the club?" lol
