Anywhere in Vegas SELL a Unlocked iPhone 3GS??!!

Wanting to buy the new iPhone when I'm over in Vegas next month, does anywhere know where i'll be able to pick one up that I can use with any SIM card?

Also want to get a US Pay as you go SIM card while I'm there to use.
