This is going to sound really stupid, but can guys wear hats in the clubs? Not like a baseball hat, but a nice fedora.

Yeah, I saw a few guys rocking fedoras, and a bunch of people at Moon/PBC rocking mohawks they didn't really have the attitude for and they were in, so I think you'd be alright if you could pull it off.
