Planning Bachelor Party Halloween Weekend

I just recently came across this site and it looks like a great source of info and direct access to hosts who can help.

I have a group of 18-19 guys coming in on Halloween weekend for a bachelor party. I am thinking Sapphire would be the best bet to accomodate such a large group comfortably.

The last time we were in town for a bachelor party, there was some sort of mixup where my guys felt like they got bamboozled (it was my bachelor party, so I am unsure of the details). My best man had reserved directly with the club and was told that free limo transportation and cover would be provided for all. At that time, he was told that bottles were optional, but not required. Upon arrival he was told that such a large group would be required to get bottle service. Obviously we were there so our hands were tied so to speak, and had to give in.

I am hoping that someone could help point me in the right direction and assist me with the planning so that everything is laid out in advance and there are no surprises upon arrival. Preferably looking for arrangements for free transport and cover without any required bottles, but if there are any specials for bottle service we would be open to it. If there are any bachelor party specials for JC members (even brand new members like me) that would also be greatly appreciated.

Where was this at? The Rhino has sent 2 limos for me, because Ive had large groups and Ive never bought bottles. Always asked when I get there, but I always decline. Ive done this lots of times and have never been given an ultimatum. You should of stood your ground. Its a strip club not a dance club. They want you in there.

This was at Sapphires. Unfortunately I was not involved with the active negotiation/discussion as I was the bachelor that evening so my only duty was to not pass out drunk and have a good time. It wasnt until after we got back did my buddy/bestman mention to me what happened. He is kinduva passive dude and just let them walk all over him. In hindsight I wish I was aware of the situation and had gotten involved but too late for that.

CH3 would not do that to you, Rhino and sapphire are more of a rip off, so if you want a better value, hit up Crazy Horse 3. I get comps, $100 bottles and buy 1 get 1's all the time, or just get free seating with out bottles. Love that place.

I visit the Rhino 2-3 times a year, and have never had anything like that happen to me. Their seating is FREE. I have no contacts there. I just call the main line. Of course their bottle prices are higher, just like Teir 1 clubs have higher prices. I guess XS and Marquee are a rip off too.

Everyone has their preferences......Didnt you used to work at CH3?

I visit the Rhino 2-3 times a year, and have never had anything like that happen to me. Their seating is FREE. I have no contacts there. I just call the main line. Of course their bottle prices are higher, just like Teir 1 clubs have higher prices. I guess XS and Marquee are a rip off too.

What im trying to say is that sapphire and rhino are less likely to comp bottles or do deals. CH3 is more of a locals place, like cheer's in a strip club form. For example, tonight a majority of the industry will be at CH3 for their industry 2 year anniversary party, everyone gets 100 dollar gift cards. I never worked at CH3, but worked for a management company that ran the Club inside of it, which has since been removed.

P.S. i get great deals at XS, sometimes better deals than what haze/ bank would offer for the same group.

I might go this weekend just so I can have an honest opinion about the place, but if it sucks, you can bet the Rhino's limo will be picking me up in the parking lot.

Tonight is a little different than a normal Wednesday night. Id absolutely encourage someone to go tonight.

Ive been to Sapphire. I prefer the Rhino.
