  • Chateau and Chateau Gardens

Did anyone drop by for the opening weekend of Chateau Gardens? If so, how was it? What type of music are they going to play there?

Trying to understand why Chateau and Chateau Gardens are not listed on the main page...fairly popular right now.

Have not been there, but I was quoted (after we had booked elsewhere) $1500 for 10 people with a 1/1 ratio Halloween weekend. Might GL+grease or just scope out the beer garden during the day.

    Looks TIGHT from the pics.

Based on the # of replies, I'd say Chateau isn't that popular after all. Although it does sound like a decent choice. Always have a great time at XS, but Marquee played way too much techno/house.

Chateau has been underperforming since it opened and it is not meeting owners' or management's expectations. Chateau Gardens was supposed to originally open up on Memorial Day in May, then got delayed until July, then got delayed until Labor Day, then finally got opened this weekend.

I think it probably goes without saying that the ownership group didn't want to put anymore money into this establishment when it got off to such a slow start. I think the opening of the 3rd Story Gardens were their all-in, last-ditch effort to make something of the place. It's an awesome concept to party under the Eiffel tower, so hopefully it works out.

As for music, I know that they book a lot of hip hop artists so I have to assume that you're going to here mostly Top 40 and Hip-Hop there as opposed to house and EDM.

1st post here so be easy on me.. Paul Oakenfold is playing at Butterfly inside Chateau on Saturday the 29th fyi. You are correct though, inside is mainly hip/hop.

So if you get bottle service at Chateau do you have access to Chateau Gardense? And vice versa?

Correct. There are now three areas of Chateau. I haven't been to Butterfly (on the roof) yet, but I was told that there is access to all three once inside. I asked because I wanted to see Paul Oakenfold who's performing Saturday night Oct 29 @ Butterfly, and there's also a costume contest hosted by Scott "douchebag" Disik.
