I am headed to Vegas in three weeks, should I email the hosts to the clubs we plan on attending? Kind of hesitant to start sending out the emails knowing that we are a lil less than a month out... what do you guys think?
When to start hitting up hosts?

No reason to hit them up until the week of. Youll probably get a better quote too. Unless its a holiday, I usually dont contact host until the day of.Last edited by dnix; 10-16-2011, 12:42 PM.Blackout Artist

If its for halloween, i would hit them up now, clubs will sell out. also if its for XS or Marquee, i would contact them soon for the same reason.

Yah. For busy weekends 2-3 weeks in advance. For regular weekends a week is good. For a Tuesday in November, the day before.Anthony Connelly

My rule of thumb is if you need to hit the "next month" button on outlook, its too far advanced to contact a host. Focus on your tickets/rooming early, but tables and party plans can be saved for last.
