People seem to love the Pizzeria at Cosmo.
Locals love Grimaldi's. They are opening one in Fashion show mall, but i'm not sure how soon.

New york new york would be perfect for you. Their pizzeria is some of the best pizza out there imo. They also have a really nice chinese restuarant. Right up your alley

Pizzeria at Cosmo. Love that place, can't wait to grab some of their white pizza during the Halloween weekend.

For Chinese, check out Empress Court at Ceasar's (there's also a Chinese noodle soup place there called Beijing #9, which is pretty good). For pizza, check out Mario Batali's Otto Enoteca Pizzeria at the Palazzo.

              BEST pizza:

"Secret Pizza" in the Cosmopolitan as we call it is fantastic for 4am. Called "Secret Pizza" by some locals because it is on the 3rd floor with STK and all of those but it's a hallway that looks like it leads to a bathroom to get in.

Metro Pizza - Tropicana and Maryland or any location. Ellis Island has one that delivers on the strip. I get the meatball personal pizza delivered all the time. Best overall taste and value IMHO.

Grimaldi's - The claim is accurate - best thin crust in the city.

Sirrico's - This is the small shop between the Piano Bar and Gallaghers in NYNY and again a great spot for fast pizza and a memorable experience around 2-4am. Take a slice with you and go play "hooker not a hooker" all over that casino floor!

Grimaldi's - hands down the best ive had on the west coast

For asian (chinese and sushi) i fell in love with RICE and Co on the 2nd floor of Luxor near mandalay place. I spend around 50 there weekly even with a employee discount.

Gonna have to try that one at NYNY as an alternative to the Cosmo one and Earls at PH for late nite eats.

Cool you play "hooker not a hooker" too? LOL After several nights of partying, we usually end our last nite doing that at PH. haha.

For chinese and all things asian (incl sushi bar) Tao restuarant inside the venetian is very good, food is rich in taste.

Also if you go later, after your meal you can ask your server to get you stamps to tao nightclub and you'll join the shorter guestlist queue.

Youll probably laugh, but when I was in Vegas this past May, I venture down to the north side of the strip and stumbled across a chiense place in the Riviera. It's easy to spot and it was damn good...no lie lol
