Hi everyone.
Gotta say a big thanks to everyone on this site, it's. A fantastic resource for newbies to the LV scene.
I'm 33 and going to Vegas for a conference (work perks rock!) but unfortunately the guy I'm going with is very boring.
In Sydney I used to be really into the club scene, most of friends are DJ's and I used to do reviews on electronic music and clubs.
The Sydney scene is more 'egalitarian' no one really gets refused entry, VIP areas can't be paid for they are only for celebs and connected people. Bottle service doesn't exist.
Dress code here is whatever is cool, lucky I checked this site so I took a trip to Hugo Boss and dropped $2k on new clothes!
I'm excited to have a few days in LV but it does sound a bit intimidating organizing entry, tables etc. I'm an outgoing, confident guy so I'm hoping to have a good time.
Last year I was in SF by myself (work too) and I had a crazy night where I ended up meeting a bunch of great people, am hoping Vegas won't be any different.
Well anyway, that's me!
