  • Some people just don't get Vegas lol

So last night a friend of mine who is with a group of people ask's me if I know of a contact for HAZE. I poke around , text some members and forward what I found out to him.

This morning he sent me a text complaining about getting ripped off how the host took his money , moved them into another line and still ha to pay cover.

Feeling bad about it I ask him a few questions.
    1. How much
    2. How many people

    Answer
    1: 80 bucks
    2: 16 people!! Lol

So my response seriously that's a large group bro you can't give 5 bucks a person and expect what you expect LOL.

Anyhow I wish him better luck tonight.

He wants bottle service tonight and tomorrow night. If any host want to accommodate and contact him . PM me for his number.

Yeah unfortunately i've had something similar happen to some of my friends before, they don't quite understand the whole "handshake" and GL thing.
I was like you are on "XXX"'s guestlist just get there before 11 and you'll be fine. If you get there LATE and the line is huge, ask for him and take care of him, he'll let you skip the line.
This is what I was told happened:
Friend: *walks up to the ropes* Hey is "XXX" here?
        XXX: Hey what's up?
Friend: Hey man me and my friends are on your guestlist.
        ***Awkward silence***
XXX: Ok how many people are in your group?
        Friend: 12 total 6f/6m
XXX: Ok go ahead and get in this line
Female Friend: Oh but we are in your VIP Guestlist...some say she winked, she says she didnt, we will never know.
        ***More awkward silence***
XXX: This IS the VIP Guestlist line

Problem was, they got there during peak hours and I think we can all agree that unless you have previous arrangements or they are close friends if you go up and ask for a host you better have some money in your hand or you're gonna get dat ass in the line.
The host was still cool and let them in the front of the line and compd the girls, guys paid and the group waited about 10 minutes in line and that is what they bitched out about (they took the term VIP seriously). They didn't understand that they just got to skip basically the whole line on a saturday night...smh.

Without a host or presale tix, your probably waiting in line longer than 10mins. You can show up at 9:30 and be the first in line, but then ur still waiting for the club to open.

I'm a little confused, did his $80 get him anything? If not, then he actually did get ripped off.

The host motioning him over to another line is not worth $80, it's worth virtually nothing of his time or effort.

The host should've said "I'm sorry but to get in it'll cost you $40 per person" [or whatever] rather than take the money and do nothing. If it's not enough the host should've given it back.

It's the same if you were to offer $20 to get an upgraded room. That may not be enough, but if it isn't the receptionist should return the money.

One time, after bottle service at The Bank, my friend gave me a twenty to "cover the tip". LOL
