  • Can boots be worn in clubs?

I know most say wear dress shoes or maybe chucks, but can boots be worn in clubs? I know dress boots are okay and I'm not talking work boots or Timbs but something that can be more dressed up but has a lug sole or crepe sole. Something like this.

For some reason, I really dislike wearing dress shoes with jeans, so I typically wear slacks with dress shoes. Was wondering if I could get away with boots and jeans if I decide to switch it up.

Idk about those redwings. Those are for construction workers. It's Vegas, just dress up! Women do, guys should too.

they all look like work boots or doc martens.

none make me think of vegas.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess it'll be slacks and loafers. Can't do jeans and dress shoes for some reason.

On numerous occasions I have worn my Red Wing chukkas and Clark's desert boot shoes. Haven't gotten a complaint.

Depends your style and look, I have seen them work in a club before. I thought you were talking go go boots at first..and for girls that def works.

Dress boots only leave the blue collar boots and cowboy boots at home

i feel you on the go go boots for ladies...pretty much everything works on ladies except maybe an adams apple..but i guess even that depends on who you ask

i would think jeans and just some type of button down...a casual button down so it doesn't clash with the boots but something clean preferably not any variation of PLAID

I say if you go with boots that say "blue collar", then keep that style and go the "rich blue collar chic" route (I just made that up).

                      something like this:

but toss on a more outlandish belt and some sort of jacket.
