I am!!! Can't wait. Don't have a table (basically breaks out to $250/head) and they aren't offering deals, which is a bummer.Vegas Trips to-date:
November 12-13, 2008 - Palms Standard
March 18-22, 2009 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
April 22-26, 2010 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
June 2-6, 2011 - Venetian Bella Suite
June 21-26, 2012 - Cosmopolitan Wraparound Terrace Suite

Just an outrageous show. I hadn't seen Excision before, who was one of his openers, but he put on a great dubstep set that had the place rocking.
Deadmau5 was on point the entire time and the energy in the room was amazing. I thought the venue would be a little weird for that type of show (since it's basically the Borgata's big, carpeted ballroom with really high ceilings), but they did a nice job with it.Vegas Trips to-date:

aww so jealous! The only mau5 we heard at Noctornal was at our after party. We dropped his Essential Mix from Space couple weeks ago and everyone was feeling it. It was HARD.

Royale, dont miss out on Deadmau5 and avicii on October 28th in San Diego. Should be a good time even though tickets are way overpriced. I think the VIP area or bottle service are the only way to go for an all ages show. I'm not sure I can handle a bunch of drugged up 15 year olds.
Edit: Just read back and saw you will be going to Escape from Wonderland on that day.

We are actually doing a pre-Monster/Escape mixer up here in the OC. A bunch of people from the rave fam from all over the country are going to be in town so we are just going to rage it, save some $ and do it up for Monster/Escape (whichever trance vs house event you prefer). I live in the OC and I m getting away from Monster to go to Escape... Afrojack.. Benassi.. insomniac, EDC all over again!

Good to hear. Borgata has really stepped it up w/the EDM talent recently (Laidback Luke, Kaskade, Dirty South, EC twins, etc...). I never imagined I'd see these types of DJ's in AC.Originally posted by Brett Stevens View PostJust an outrageous show. Really? I figured AC before Vegas... just cause the AC crowds draw a very heavy jersey shore guidoish crowd who have been fist pumpin to house/edm at the shore way before it got popular in vegasOriginally posted by jsully84 View PostGood to hear. Thats funny... west coast its the rave/plur crowd. East coast its the guido crowd, but we all dig EDM in our own ways and we all meet up in Miami in March.

Haha, good point. It's just that, from a global perspective, AC isn't really a major party city (People from all over the world take vacations to LV, NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, etc.., cities that have major DJ's coming in and out of their town everyday.) I guess I didn't expect major talent to make stops there, when there are plenty of other towns in the US that have bigger venues/more tourists flocking to those cities.Originally posted by Drew View PostReally?
