Where to eat for 30th Bday 9/30

I'm planning by 30th birthday and need some suggestions on restaurants.
There will be 13 of us and we are looking for steakhouse/american cuisine.
We'll be going out in either the Luxor or Paris later and staying in Mandalay so something close would be great.

There's a coulple of steak restaurants at the Paris. One of my favorite restos is Mon Ami Gabi, which claims to be a steakhouse, but isn't your typical thick-cut steak place. Sitting out on the patio overlooking the strip and people-watching is a kick. Plus, if it's at night, you get to see the fountain show across from the Bellagio (if you're into that).

I would second Mon Ami Gabi. I have been here several times with large groups. Probably one of the best values for good food on the strip.

I would HIGHLY recommend you check out STK @ Cosmo, though it might be too late to get a table for 9/30.
