The next newest happening club?

Marquee seems to be the hottest new club as soon as it opened. I was expecting Haze to be a side by side hit. But from what I see, it didnt have the same results. We all know that some of the older clubs are still going strong and fun to go to, but there are some that have had some slow results.

Do you all think a new hotel with a new club will be the next hit? Will Haze and some of these other existing clubs revamp themselves to be at the top.

I'm actually rooting for Haze to market it more so its in the same convos when people talk about XS, Marquee etc.

Haze does very well. It's just that the majority of us on the forums prefer edm which marquee and XS plays. So we all talk about those clubs. Yes marquee is the hot spot right now.

Haze is not bad of a club and is actually getting into the EDM scene now. Like Redbullvodka said, majority of the forum prefers EDM over hip hop/top 40 which is why it's never brought up.

The one knock I have on Haze is that it is mis-managed and gets hot ass hell inside.

That can be true. Most of the people we know prefer the EDM type clubs these days. I'm down for hip hop/top 40 too. You're right though, it does get hot in there. I thought it was just me. haha.

I saw a couple of ads for Haze pushing house nights.. can't wait !

If anything is going to do well, in my opinion its going to be hyde. I think the hotel makes a huge difference in how a club does. Aria is nice but still sort of plain, not crowded, not a lot to do, and too damn big. Its like walking through NYC to get anywhere. Marquee-cosmo, XS-wynn. 2 of the best clubs in the 2 best hotels. Bellagio is a close 3rd and hyde is a pretty big name.

This is a very prescient view of things. Throw in the fact that the club will be essentially attached to the biggest tourist draw in town, and Hyde will have a constant level of visibility.

I was coming in to say Chateau or Nikki, but yeah, Hyde will be set for a long run. The patio at Fontana was great, safe to assume whatever they have planned at Hyde will be even better.

Going to be interesting how Hyde is going to do. It's not too big, only 12,000sq.ft so layout will make a big difference in if they are successful or not, I think. SBE in LA is huge, and I've been to a couple of their places and I have to say, I had some of my best nights there. Hopefully the way they manage their clubs in LA is how they will manage Hyde in Vegas.

Oh ya forgot all about Hyde coming into town soon. Bellagio is a nice place and I'm sure Hyde is a good combo for it to be at.

not to thread jack, but Haze plays top 40? Everynight mostly or is there a better night to go for top 40?

Haze is mostly top 40 unless they have a big named dj.

I'm really excited to see what goes in the Rum Jungle space. I've heard a few different things that seem to contradict each other - I guess time will tell.

ITA ~ Last week we stayed at Aria and it's definitely big, tons of walking, and not much to do. Hyde was fun. VERY hot.
