Buddy of mine (Morgs on here) shattered his ankle and have to get it put back together again with pins and plates. A few years later he somehow broke one of the pins. The pin would stick out of his ankle and poke the skin out, he would have to slide it back in. Apparently it was extremely painful. He just took a bunch of Vicodin and hobbled around Vegas all week on crutches. Real fuckin trooper. Plus, all the hot ladies felt bad for him and helped him around all week! He had no troubles whatsoever.

I could be on my death bed and I'd still find a way to do a trip to Vegas. You should go! Even on crutches I'm willing to bet you're going to have a blast.

Def go! Girls will feel bad for you. People will feel obligated to move for you. And bouncers will clear paths for you making you feel like a VIP. This is a win in my book lol.

...Sorry to hear that my friend...I am in a similiar situation personally. Tore my left ACL during mini-camp in July. Thinking I would take one more trip to Vegas to catch the last summer sun, I rushed the surgery to be completed on 8/16. Well recovery has been harder than expected and I was concerned about being able to walk (and stand at the craps tables) for long periods of time....Well happy to report that I am following through with my end of September trip.

36 days is what, a little over 6 weeks? I'd think a tibia break would take longer to heal, but at the same time it should be well on its way to being fixed. Should be fine to drunkenly stumble around on, just don't jump off shit.

                    *BUMP*

Well here we are, 5 weeks and 1 metal rod in my leg later and Im 24 hours away from boarding a plane to America. Was touch and go for a while and did not think I would make it but thank god to quick healing and the all clear from the doctor. Carrying a bit of a limp but atleast I wont need crutches.

So I just want to know, what are the best places to go, do, etc this weekend (fri-tue) Are there any pool parties on still??

Will definatley be making up for some lost time over there

                    cheers

I think Tao Beach is still open. We had a member there this weekend and he said it was packed.

                        GBDC's grand opening is Saturday.

                        Bares closing party is Monday.

Lavo has a brunch thing on Saturday. Know idea if it did well yesterday.
