Difficulty reaching hosts

Hi all,

In preparation of our trip I was trying to reach out to XS / Marquee hosts from the list provided on JC. I've sent a few emails but haven't gotten any reaction. We're looking for BS with nice table location for 6 guys for Friday September 30, maybe that is too much to ask? Or should I just give them a direct call? I'm arranging this at work and can not be discussing alcohol and prices for vegas clubs while sitting next to my boss, hence the emails.

Any other good tips for BS on Thursday September 29 would be appreciated as well.

I have had good luck with emails to hosts at both clubs but it can take a day or 2. As was stated, text is often best.

I know some hosts don't even check their email until they check in to the office. Def text if you don't get responses.

you have to remember, a good host is receiving a ton of email. also, when you consider there work schedule and sleep, there's only small window for responding to emails.

most host can sleep and text at the same time. its actually a requirement

A good host has both on lock, you need to be able to reply to every form of communication. I find it the hardest to reply to PMs on this board, but Emails come threw my 2 blackberry's just the same as text (with a different ringer so i know its a email)
