Where do we pick up tickets from wantickets?

I just got two for Sept 28th at Surrender. Do I just go there when they open? Do I go somewhere specifically to pick them up before hand? Do we still wait in line like everyone else? If so, get there early?

The instructions are usually in the fine print. Not sure about Surrender, but for Tao, it usuallys says to be at the club before a certain time and ask for a specific bouncer or just ask the doorman where to pick up the wantickets.

There should be a special tickets/guestlist line for you. Check with a host holding a clipboard( not a random bouncer, unless the door guy's name is Mikey T ). The wait time is way less then general.
