First off sorry for posting so late
Myself 26 and my girlfriend 28
Our flight didn't get into until after midnight so technically this was the 15th-19th.
We arrived at Encore after 1am and went to check in and they told us they were completely full. They ended up moving us to a Panoramic Suite over in the Wynn. Was an excellent move since we got a great strip view and a room on a high floor. We grabbed some room service (EXPENSIVE) and went to bed since we had a huge day on monday.. (which it really was already)
MONDAY
Woke up for a helicopter tour through Maverick helicopters. This is one of the best experiences i've ever had as far as a tour goes. I'd never been to the grand canyon and would not want to sit on a bus to head out there. The flight is the way to go. They took us in the canyon and landed. Served us champagne and cold drinks while we got to walk around a bit. We got back from that around 1130 and quick grabbed some lunch since we were headed to EBC for industry monday. We met up with another couple who I met on here to split a daybed. Patrick Hua gave us a great bed with a $200 minimum and we hung out there for a while. I can only compare to WET and TAO Beach but EBC is the nicest one i've ever been to. Being a monday and much more laid back made it very enjoyable. We didn't stay that long at EBC since we wanted to keep it going late with XS.
Monday night we did GA to XS which was hooked up by Anthony Connelly through the forum. Just like he says, leave you name here and keep the ratio equal and walk right in. We got in no problem and the guys at the door were very friendly. I did hope to meet Anthony but didn't see him while I was there. Avicii was at XS that monday night and really gave me a new appreciation for EDM.
Tuesday we took it pretty easy.. Gambled at Wynn and stayed by the pool during the day. The adults only pool or european pool at Wynn is first class. I've read reviews about guys everywhere looking for the one or two topless girls. I did not feel this way at all. There were a decent amount of topless girls of all shapes and sizes and mostly couples here.
Next we grabbed some dinner and took a cab to old vegas. Now I was told many times by a friend not to waste my time going here. Being my third trip I figured I needed to see it. I should have taken his advice. We were there for about a hour and cabbed it back.
Wednesday
Just like tuesday.. gambled and then stayed by the pool for a good part of the afternoon. We did get the buffet comped and really enjoyed that. I've heard the Wynn buffet is one of the bests. I have nothing to compare it to but thought it was excellent.
We took a walk to see the bellagio fountains which I still had not seen. Mind you this was my third vegas trip and I stayed at Bellagio on my first trip. I thought they were really cool and a nice place to take a girl.
Back at WynnCore we went to the eastside lounge to watch the dueling pianos. These guys were great and it was a nice end to a relaxing night. I know I sound like a 50 year old writing this but it was a trip where we did everything.
Thursday
After our delicious Ronnies Steakhouse breakfast (Mcdonalds) we walked to the stratosphere to hit the rides. I've been on tons of rides from six flags and other theme parks but these things really got the blood flowing. If you've never done them i'd give them a shot. Plus the view from the top is amazing.
Afternoon was Pool and relaxation until The Beatles Love show at the Mirage. This was amazing and worth every penny spent on it. I was in awe the entire time. So much to see.
Next we went to a open bar and called it a night since we had a early flight.
If your still reading this.. Which I'm sure many have stopped i'd just say do not use ALS $14 RT transportation from the airport. It takes forever on the small busses stopping at everyones hotel. Next time I will get a private car or even a cab to make the trip quicker.
Hope that helps some people and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Sorry for what is prob a very boring review. The trip was awesome tho. Steve Wynn does not mess around with his properties.
