good place for 2 30 year old guys

a friend of mine just got his hallpass signed so we will be heading to Vegas the columbus day weekend. we are 30 and 31 any suggestions on what to hit up where we can get into a little trouble not looking for the crazy marquee megaclub scene more of a good casino ultra lounge or bar where we can drink get in some good scenery and conversation? something along the lines of like Ghostbar.....any suggestions for places on the strip like that?

Hit up the clubs at palms, they're welcoming to 30 year olds. Encore pool on Sunday if it's still open.
