Boozing up during the day time?

I've heard legends about $2 beers and margaritas in Vegas. Where does someone go about finding such places? Sounds like some yummy day time/cheapskate drinking.

$2 Margaritas and beers are available at Casino Royale. The line up is pretty long sometimes, Id suggest picking up 3-4 at a time.

If you are really to drink for cheap, you can always sit at the penny slots in a casino with your friends. A group of 3-4 people can get a drink with a $1 tip. They'll come by every 10 minutes or so if they know they'll get a tip each time. Sure the drinks are watered down, but enough of them will get the job done.

Order doubles and/or beer - harder to get a shitty drink.... some places will let you get two drinks at once but usually only if you phrase it as:
I'll have a Crown and Coke with a Budweiser beerback
(Booze + Beerback)... some still don't let that fly

Make Your Own

If you're just hangin at your hotel, buy a bottle of liquor and mixers and make your own...I usually do this as I can't stand the cheap liquor in the casinos...

Back in the day I used to buy dixie coffee cups from Walmart and make my drinks in the hotel room. They're insulated and come with a top so no spillage while you're stumbling around town.

fat tuesday is good, a lot of drink to down, but relatively cheap, always tasty and gives me a brain freeze

On my last LDW trip the $1 water homeless guy in front of bellagio had $2 miller lite too. These guys bought him out. I always buy water from those guys..
