Hey everyone. I have a beach couch for about 10 of us Sept. 12th at EBC. Is there any location that is considered better for the beach couches that I should ask for??? Or are they all pretty much in the same spot? Any chance to handshake my way to a water couch?

Water couch is drinks only vs food and bev on a beach couch. I wouldn't count on a handshake for the upgrade due to the min difference and they are getting quite a few to do cc pre approval lockdowns.
Personally I liked our location in May on the southside of the pool by the entry way. If you do the 360 tour and click on the southside pool deck view we were in front of Andreas Patio the furthest one to the right.. Positives were the bathroom was easy access with no waiting and a bar right there to get shots and such not being added to the bill but paid separately. The palm tree they show is no longer there. Great foot traffic walking by also.
The gaming pavilion was a very nice location also when I walked around. Shaded vs our location. I will definitely be considering that location for the next trip. Click on pool deck view and spin it around to see those there.

I agree with kp above, I've done the couch right in front of the stripper pole/shower and it's a great location, especially for "general scenery"
Next best couch I ever had was on the gaming pavilion, great if you do want to throw some dice and/or have a great view of both the entire pool and whatever DJ is performing that day... you're raised up with a straight-on view... definitely do request to be at least one couch in from the aisle, though, because people congregate at the top of the stairs and are in your space, security wasn't great for that location.
