How helpful (if at all) is Mlife Plat for getting into Wet Republic?

We are a couple of oldsters who want to check out Wet Republic next time in Vegas. At least I do so I'll drag my wife along. As MLife plats it says, "VIP Line Access to Nightclubs and Pool Day Clubs for You and a Guest." Does this mean I get in free? Or just a slightly reduced line? Or is it sort of a BS "benefit" like many Mlife "benefits?" Thank you, in advance, for any guidance.

so it might depend on the dj/ day of the week

It doesnt actually work like you are thinking. I tried using my plat status last year @ WR and got told its based on capacity...Which WR is usually at on weekends. Try the host walk in route.

Of all the day clubs and night clubs at MGM properties, Wet Republic has always been the best for using an MLife Platinum card. I've gone there twice and both times I got in without any line. Skip the line and find a bouncer and you should get right in with no cover. Both times I went it was fairly crowded but I also showed up earlier in the day. It's possible they'll deny you later in the afternoon. You can bring a guest also. I have not tried it this year.

+1 on Todds comments. I've done it twice this year as a Platinum and got in with 3 guest (2 of which were girls) on Saturday's...did go early though.
