Hot 100 - Wet Republic

Okay so I've sorted something with Joe Santiago for Fri 24th July to get a table at WR for the Hot 100 'competition'. For reasons I've covered in other posts this was the only realistic option available to us so it's not like this was our 'must see'.

My question - is this just an event where women show off in their bikinis or is it a party event too. We're more interested in the party side of things than ogling at women (we can use the internet for that right ) so now stating to wonder whether I've messed up.

I've tried to find reviews on the web but nothing of much help.

The wife and I go to Wet for Hot 100 each summer we are in town. Definitely a party vibe - the girls participating will mingle around the crowd looking to get your vote..... I don't normally vote at all as I'm enjoying the party too much

The only time I did vote was when a friend had entered "just for fun" and ended up finishing 6th in the Final. Good times and lots of laughs.

Wet for Hot 100 is a solid option.

I've always been hesitant just because I would imagine it to be a giant "bro safari" like rehab has become on some occasions but that's great to hear and looking at recent photos maybe I shouldn't sleep on it. Fridays are usually hit and miss too for pools because it's typically the day a lot of people are coming in.

Do you really want to check out wet? is that why you're going there on fri? You could always do Drai's that fri and save a little cash and then do EBC with Zedd on Sat.

Ryan, do you ask about wet because its a shitty pool party or because the hot 100 event is a bit shitty? Or neither?

I kind of fell into wet really as just wanted to get something booked and the host I had was the most helpful at the time. I can't say the hot 100 would be top of my list but a few of the lads are for some reason really looking forward to the sights!! lol.

I like the look of Drais so I may see if I can get a price and then put it to the guys.

Anyone got a contact for Drais? Preferably email as it's a pain calling from the UK

Wet is a great pool party but sometimes for the hot 100 the ratio can more male heavy. I suggested Drai's because if your're trying to save some money that day, Drai's is a great spot and you could put that savings towards sat and sun.

Thanks Ryan. This is my concern about hot 100 so I've spoken to the chap who's bday it is and we agreed to get price for Drais and see where that takes us.
