My group of 9-10 is getting an upper cabana on 7/25 and wondering if there are any particular cabanas I should be trying to get, or trying to avoid? I'm inclined to think that there's not going to be a huge difference between any of the upper cabanas, so it's not even worth trying to handshake our way to one of the "best" units. Anyone feel differently?

not a big upper cabana fan. it really keeps you out of the action unless you come with a gigantic party and are pretty self contained. usually you can get a similar min of 1 lily and 1 couch and that gives you the best of both worlds -
You need some solid game to pull 9 girls from the pool up to your upper level cabana (assuming you are 9 dudes).Comment

We aren't 9 dudes. I'm going with my fiancee, and there's another couple, and a couple of people who are probably not on the market either. So maybe 3 or 4 people looking to pick up. For the rest of us we just want to party and have somewhere to get out of the sun between sessions in the pool. Our minimum is $2k, and everything else that would accommodate our group was at least double that. So I think we're pretty well set with the UC, just wondering if there is any preference among UC locations.Last 4 and Next 1:

Never stayed in one but based on my last visit at the end of May and what I looked around at, try to get as close to the middle of the property. Better view to the dj booth.

Click on southside beach couch view and spin it to the right. Last group of 2 on the right next to what looks like a small bar area is what I would aim for if they fall into the required min price range. Not sure if those are the bungalows or the cabanas. I only walked the property twice that day and didn't pay attention to much on the north side of the property. Seemed more crowded on that side with Zedd performing.
