Bachelor Party July 16-20th! Large group

What's up people. My friend having his Bachelor Party in Vegas July 16-20th

I created a file with our options for day/night pool party options. Since we're arriving late afternoon We probably won't make a day party. Thing is for the first night (Thurs) and last night (Sun) there will be 10 guys. Fri and Sat there will be 20 guys. We'd like to get bottle service, on those Fri and Sat Day pool parties, we just want to make sure everybody is able to get in with no problem.

Our group is more into hiphop and edm trap if that makes any difference.

If anybody has any suggestions or could help me out with a host that would be to accommodate 10-20 guys for this Bachelor party it would be greatly appreciated.

July 16 Thurs:

Getting in is the easy part but it's going to be the minimum is what you will have to worry about plus how much each is willing to spend.

Calvin is always $$$$ because it's Calvin.

For EBC during the day my take would be get 2 lily pads for 6 people each next to each other and have the rest get GA tix and join the group or get 2 beach couches next to each other for 6 each and do the same thing. Then split the entire total for everything among the entire group.

I like the beach couch options better as it is a food and beverage minimum vs beverage only for the lily pads but action wise I feel lily pads is a better scenario being they are in the pool. It's all about the group preference.

You can get 20 guys in with presale tickets. Or you can get a huge table or two depending on spend.
You can estimate table service- roughly 1 bottle per 4 to start +28% to+40% tax tip say $750x5= depending on venue/bottle prices/etc

Before you connect with any hosts, determine what you're all-in budget is (the maximum total amount your whole group is willing and able to spend with tax+gratuity included for all the clubs and pool parties), determine a separate budget for total tip to your host (this can vary if you decide to go with direct or independent), and narrow down the clubs and pool parties you want to go to.

I'd do what kp said and get 2 beach couches and have the rest do presale. you'll get an excellent spot, won't have to spend big $$$ on a cabana or similar and you'll be real close to the action.

I'd also do something similar for any tables you get at night.

friday day: check out drai's. they usually play more open format

Friday night: I'd do presale at omnia with calvin

Sat day: Diplo at EBC

Sat night: Lil john is at surrender (since you like hip hop)

Sun day: wet republic presale

Sun night: nightswim
