Itinerary July 24-28

[Hurricane]

Going with a pretty evenly mixed M/F group of 7-12 (convincing all the "maybes" now; optimistic it's going to be closer to the high end). Ages mid/late 20's to early 30's. Landing from the East Coast Friday night around 11pm, leaving first thing Tuesday AM. Group is staying different places around the South Strip. My gf and I are staying 2 nights at Bellagio and 2 at Cosmo. Here's the latest itinerary:

Friday night: take it easy, casino, maybe check out Hyde and/or the lounges in the Cosmo.
Saturday: Wet Republic for Calvin Harris. Currently planning on a daybed but if we have more than 8 we'll probably have to bump up to a lounge table or even a cabana if the price is right (probably not). Other possibility is EBC for Zedd, but I think that most of the group would lean more toward Calvin.
Saturday Night: Omnia on the guestlist from our Wet host, and/or presales if necessary.
Sunday: Big brunch and a lot of recovery, and then maybe check out Drai's or MDC if we're up to it.
Sunday Night: XS Nightswim on the guestlist up to even ratio, and any excess guys are going to buy pre-sales.
Monday: A bunch of the group leaves. Might do something off the strip like drive exotic cars, or maybe check out Old Vegas.
Monday Night: Cirque "Love" early on, and then free admission to Marquee with our Cosmo room keys.

Any suggestions? The goal is to work within our budgets and our stamina to pack in the best parties that we can.

I'd guestlist at Marquee on Friday, you can get an even ratio in for free most of the time on Fridays these days at Marquee. No reason to just do the bars, as great as they are at Cosmo, when Marquee will also be free.

My group of 12+, mostly couples, will be there the same time, and we're probably doing Marquee Friday and definitely doing XS Nightswim, but otherwise I think we are going to be on a completely different schedule than you. My group is staying mostly SLS/Encore so we have different biases of location, so if we were staying on the southern part of the strip my plan would probably look more like yours. It's just too bad that this particular week is lacking scheduling info, while June has had the schedule set in stone for months. Most clubs for late July are still completely unscheduled so my plans are still not quite definitive.

Monday day there are a couple of attractive pool options: $100 Cabanas for a Cause at Palms, your hotel pool, or Drai's daybeds or cabanas from $200-300 minimum spends. Ultimately though if you wanted to do something like car racing it's a good day to do it.

I usually try to plan for more than the group can handle, since it's easier to do less than the plan than it is to more than you have planned. I'd say changing Friday night to Marquee with a backup of the bars is pretty much the only difference I would make for your group. Sounds like a fun trip.

Maybe we'll shoot for Marquee on Friday, but I imagine the GL will be shut down by the time we get there? We don't even touch down until 11, so by the time we collect bags and check in at 2 hotels (comps are in my name so I have to go to one hotel and then another) it will probably be around 1 when we actually make it to Marquee. You're right, though, can't hurt to shoot for a fuller schedule and then fall back if necessary.

Are you planning to do BS for Nightswim? Word on the board is that it's a pretty good party to go GL/Presales, so I was planning to skip BS and put that money to work at Wet on Saturday when we'll need the shade.

Drai's on Monday might be a good option -- I like that pool for a chill day -- and Cabanas for a Cause could be a good way to work for a good cause.

I didn't realize your were coming in so late, that makes a pretty big difference. I'd probably have a couple interesting drinks at Chandelier or Rose. Rabbit. Lie. and then order a whole pizza at Secret Pizza and hang out in the lounge area with the pool table with all the drunk people leaving Marquee. Good people watching, great food.

No reason to waste money on bottle service during Nightswim. It's one of the only events that I would say is actually better without bottle service, so your money will definitely go further for you on Saturday compared to that.
